CENTROID

The centroid is that point in the figure (object) at which whole of the length, area or volume of the figure(object) may be assumed to be concentrated.

The centroid is the center point of the length, area or volume of the given figure(object).

Centroid of a ‘PLANE FIGURE’

The co-ordinate of centroid of the given plane object is given by the following expression.
